The Kenya High Commission to the United Kingdom seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to renovate its official residence situated at 78 Winnington Road N2 OTX, London.

The building is a stand-alone multi-storey with a tile roof on a concrete slab.

The renovation works will involve:-

1.    Striping of the dilapidated tile roof and replacement of the same.

2.    Replacement of the external windows and the waterlogged ceilings.

3.    Service of the house heating system, hot water boiler and repair of electrical fixtures.

4.    Repair of leakages in bathrooms and the kitchen.

5.    Replacement of the CCTV system at the building

The building will be vacant during the renovation which is expected to start in March, 2022
