Things to Note

The pet licence is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and takes two working days to issue the licence upon submission of the documents.

Applicants are advised to submit completed applications STRICTLY ONLY via POSTAL SERVICES. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be rejected.

Requirements to apply for a Pet Import License

A letter from the pet owner requesting for the pet licence

Copy of Passport of pet owner
3
Copy of pet Passport
4
Evidence of up to date vaccinations against rabies and any infectious, contagious disease or parasites

A clearance from a veterinary doctor that the pet is fit to travel
6
A fee of £30.00 per pet.

A secure, registered and trackable self-addressed envelope with pre-paid postage stamps for the dispatch of their critical documents. The envelope should have sufficient return postage and clearly indicates full names and postcode of the applicant.
